Refund policy

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered aroma sachets cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
• As each sachet is handcrafted using natural ingredients, slight variations in fragrance, colour, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
